The gas leak has been repaired, and both LCUB and the Fire Department have deemed Eaton Elementary safe for students to return. Students will transition by grade level back to Eaton from the North Middle gym.
LCUB has found the gas leak outside the building near the kitchen. They are on site completing repairs. As soon as the fire department and LCUB give all clear, students will return to school. We will let parents know when this occurs. Thank you to our first responders and LCUB for their quick response.
Due to an unusual odor upon entering Eaton Elementary School, this morning. students have been transferred to the gym at North Middle School. First responders will check the building and notify when it has been cleared for a safe return to class.
